Delivery Policy

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or sign a copy of the invoice. This signature serves as confirmation that you have received all products listed on the invoice.

If you are not present at the specified address:
We will deliver the order to any person available at that address, and their electronic or written signature will be considered valid proof that the customer has received the items listed on the invoice.

If we reach your specified address and are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule a new delivery appointment.

The company is not responsible for any order that is not delivered within 30 days from the order date.
